The Festivia.id website ("Website") and the services available on it may only be used by Users for personal purposes, specifically for making reservations and/or payments.

These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the Privacy Policy. Users agree to be bound by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy as stated on this page.

If you purchase tickets through our platform, it means you are booking tickets from a ticket provider. Don’t worry, we are ready to assist you in communicating with the ticket provider regarding any issues you may have and strive to find the best solution for you through our customer platform.

While we use our expertise carefully to provide information on the platform, we cannot guarantee that all information presented is accurate, complete, correct, or up to date. We are also not responsible for errors (including typographical and placement errors), interruptions (whether temporary and/or partial due to damage, maintenance, site improvements, or other causes), or inaccurate, misleading, or incorrect information.

All ticket sales are NON-REFUNDABLE, except under conditions stated by the Ticket Provider.

You are required to bring a valid and original (not photocopied) ID when redeeming your e-ticket.

E-tickets with names different from those on the ID will not be accepted, unless the ticket provider permits your representative or someone you appoint to bring a legally signed authorization letter and present the ID listed in the letter.

Fake vouchers or tickets are a violation of the law and may be subject to legal prosecution.

Cameras and video recorders are not allowed inside the venue, unless otherwise stated by the Ticket Provider.

The Ticket Provider is fully responsible for all content submitted through our Platform. You also represent and warrant that you have all the rights, authority, and permissions required to grant the above license and that your User Content will not infringe, violate, misuse, or conflict with any third-party rights; (b) complies with all applicable local, state, provincial, national, and other laws and regulations; (c) does not violate these Terms.

Changes to This Agreement: We may change these Terms at any time. Any changes we make will become effective immediately once the revised version is posted on the Website.

If you continue to use our Platform, you are deemed to have accepted the new Agreement. Therefore, please read such notices carefully. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement or the revised version, you may stop using our Platform, including by deleting any content or activities you have posted.

You agree that all risks and consequences of account blocking, deletion, or deactivation are your responsibility. We reserve the right to take any necessary actions to mitigate risks and/or losses to us.

By opening and using an account on our application or website, you release us from any responsibility, loss, and/or damages arising from the use of your account, and also from any actions we consider necessary in enforcing the account terms as described above.

Official Festivia transactions are only those conducted through the Festivia website and/or platform. We are not responsible for transactions made outside the Festivia website and/or platform.

You are not allowed to resell our Products, use, copy, monitor, display, download, or reproduce any content or information, software, or services available on our application or website for any commercial activity or purpose without our prior written consent.
